Hibachi catering in Blue Mountain Beach
Blue Mountain Beach sits on the highest coastal elevation along the Gulf of Mexico, and that single fact shapes every booking we take here. The houses step up the slope, which means elevated decks with genuinely long water views — the best dinner outlook on 30A — and it also means driveways that pitch, stairs between the street and the deck, and the occasional carry that needs planning. None of that is a problem; it just needs to be in the booking notes rather than discovered at six o'clock. What you get in exchange is a setting that does the work for us. A hibachi grill on a west-facing Blue Mountain deck in the half hour before sunset is the easiest evening we cook, because nobody needs entertaining while they wait. Groups here are mid-sized, usually eight to fourteen, and lean toward birthdays and quieter bachelorette weekends.
