Every photograph here is from a party we cooked, captioned with the town it happened in. There is no stock hibachi imagery anywhere on this site, on any page — a stock photo of a chef in a restaurant is the loudest possible way of saying we have never been to your house.

If a town's page has no photograph yet, it means we have not cooked there enough to have one worth showing, and that page stays out of the index until we do.
