What a private hibachi chef costs
Published, not quoted. Per-person rates, the party minimum, travel, tax and gratuity are all on this page, because you should not have to fill in a form to find out what dinner costs.
The short version: adults from $60 with two proteins, children from $30, a $500 party minimum on the food total, and no travel fee anywhere on 30A.

The fine print, in plain words
- $500 party minimum
- Applies to the food total before tax and gratuity. Small groups can still book — the minimum simply becomes the floor.
- 20% gratuity
- Added automatically so nobody has to do arithmetic at the end of a party. Adjustable on request.
- 7% Florida sales tax
- Applied to the food total, as required. Shown separately rather than folded into the headline rate.
- Travel
- No travel fee anywhere on 30A. Destin, Miramar Beach, Fort Walton Beach and Panama City Beach may carry one depending on the exact address — it is calculated on the booking form and shown before you commit, never added afterwards.
- Second chef above 18 guests
- Above 18 guests in a single seating we bring a second chef and a second station so the group eats together.
- Deposit
- NEEDS_OWNER_INPUT — deposit amount, when it is taken, and what it holds.

Is gratuity included?
A 20% gratuity is added automatically so nobody is doing arithmetic at the end of a party. It is adjustable on request.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not anywhere on 30A. Destin, Miramar Beach, Fort Walton Beach and Panama City Beach may carry one depending on the exact address — it is shown on the booking form before you commit, never added afterwards.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes, with itemised invoicing and Net 30 terms available for corporate bookings. Flag it on the booking form and we will send the paperwork ahead of the date.
Are you licensed and insured?
NEEDS_OWNER_INPUT — food handler certification, business licence and liability insurance details. This answer should name the certifications explicitly.
