Check your date

Three steps. Your details and your date, then the food, then a summary of all of it alongside the deposit that holds the date, with the Zelle and Venmo codes on the page, so you can see exactly how the money moves before you send anything.

On the food step you can count the plates now and leave the proteins until later, or, if your table has already decided, order for everyone there and then and skip the follow-up entirely. A running estimate either way. Nothing is charged here: we come back with a yes or a no on your date first, and the deposit follows that.

Either answer is normal. Most rental houses already seat the group they sleep.

What happens next

We reply by text and email, usually the same day. If the date is free you get a confirmation with the itemised total and the deposit step. If it is not, we say so and offer the nearest dates we have.

Changing your numbers

Guest counts can move up to 72 hours before the date. After that we have already shopped for your party, so you can add people but not remove them.

If plans change

A $200 deposit confirms the date and comes off the final balance. Until it is paid the date is not held. Read the cancellation policy.
