Check your date
Four steps. It asks about the property as well as the party — the town, the surface we would set up on, and whether there is a gate — because those three answers are what decide whether your evening starts on time.
You will see a running estimate as you fill it in. Nothing is charged here: we come back with a yes or a no on the date first, and the deposit follows that.
What happens next
We reply by text and email, usually the same day. If the date is free you get a confirmation with the itemised total and the deposit step. If it is not, we say so and offer the nearest dates we have.
Changing your numbers
Guest counts can move up to 72 hours before the date. After that we have already shopped for your party, so you can add people but not remove them.
